Complete Lock and Safe Services (CLASS) is a local company servicing the Canberra and Queanbeyan district since 1977.

CLASS was the first full member of the Master Locksmiths Association of Australasia in Canberra, joining in 1985.

At CLASS we offer a complete range of locksmithing services including commercial and domestic security, lock repairs and installations, automotive lock services, safe sales and service, Master key systems designed, installed and serviced. CLASS is the agent for Bilock, Abloy Protec and Cliq, Lockwood Generation Six, Status Six and A-F, Efco, Kaba Quattro, Abloy Disklock Pro, MLAA J Profiles, Binary Plus (BP) and Larsen OZ1 restricted key systems. CLASS was appointed Canberra's exclusive Lockwood Twin Restricted Key System Dealer in 2000. As well we have our own patent protected Bilock keyway, which is exclusive to CLASS and thereby increases the security level of the Bilock system and making illegal key duplication almost impossible.

Our staff is constantly being trained in the use of the latest technology, and attends industry training courses throughout the year. Our safe technicians are SCEC (Security Construction Equipment Committee) endorsed to work on Government high security safes and containers.

We currently have a staff of 10 Qualified Locksmiths and Safe Technicians plus 4 Apprentices.

CLASS has 7 mobile workshops, fully equipped to service your needs. We have an after-hours service operating 7 days per week. At our Fyshwick premises we use the latest in computerised key cutting machines to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We believe we are the leaders in Master key system design and construction. One of our Directors, Mark Obara, designs and distributes Master keying software packages which are used extensively by locksmiths throughout Australia and internationally and are also used by manufacturers such as Bilock to design and maintain Master key systems.

Mark has also designed and developed an end user key management software package "Key Issue" to allow organisations with large masterkey systems to control the issue and recall of keys within their systems. Some users of the software include: Queanbeyan City Council, Department of Finance & Administration, The National Library, Daramalan College, The Australian Audit Office, Parliament House New Zealand, and Casinos in Canberra, Sydney, Cairns, Adelaide and Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, USA.
